I actually wanted to give this review no star at all. I do wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered anything on this website. I ordered my first item which did arrive in good time and then I made the mistake of my life to ordered another item and paid for it via expedited shipping. it is over two and a half weeks now and there has been no shipment notification. I have sent an email to the After sales team and there has been no response even though they were meant to get back to me after 24 hours and this is now 72 hours. I have had to place another order with a UK company and this order is already on its way even though I just did it about two days ago because I needed the dress for an occasion of which VeryVoga has failed to deliver even though I placed the order well in advance- 3 weeks ago. Please do not buy anything at all from this website. they are not reliable and they are quick to take your money and has no decency to even respond to customer's email. I wish there was a place for no stars because they re unworthy of any stars at all. Please don't you ever ever patronise them. It will save you all the trouble of losing money Just like I have just had to do.
