I wrote in for a refund returned the shoes because they were such poor quality they were useless. I chased for an answer for 2 weeks. They eventually got back to me saying I could have a refund if I removed my negative review. That is their position, only refund if I remove my review. I think this is not legal. Also creating an account for reviews means giving all this personal info I don't have. I just want a refund as they have their shoes back. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole now. They are black mailing me for what is my legal right. I'm reporting to trading standards.
