Ordered two of the same dresses from this company (for sizes) which I returned. Never had a problem with other companies. Received an e-mail to state that only a partial refund had been given. When I questioned this, they stated they had only received one dress. I had sent two back and they will only refund one. I agree with others on here. Great delivery etc but when it comes to returning they will try to keep your money. Shopsafe rate them 2 stars for this very reason. You have been warned!
