Customer service unreliable! Shop sells products with deffect to customers and then denies it in order not to fully reimburse!!
I bought a "Flattering Plepum Dress" for 50 pounds, delivered to Germany. Upon arrival, I saw that the dress was faulty: one of the sleeves was obviously misplaced, with the consequence that, upon wearing, both sleeves seemed different from each other. If not for this VERY OBVIOUSLY deffect, I would have kept the dress. I immediately notified Vestry's consumer service, specifically making reference to my order, and asked if I would have to pay for the delivery costs when sending the faulty dress back. They answered me saying that they were sorry and that I should send back the package and they would reimburse the delivery costs also. Later, though, when I asked for this reimbursement, they answered that they do not reimburse international customers! Even though they knew that I was an international customer when they told me they would reimburse me! Plus, they denied that there was any deffect - but i took a picture of how the dress looked and how it was supposed to look from the picture in Vestry's website, so the lie was obvious. They will certainly sell the faulty product to some other stupid customer!
