i always use vet medic. i previously spent a lot of time researching different companies for price and efficiency and with vetmedic i find the products are the most reasonably priced and they do not charge for postage, which, with other companies, adds a lot to a small order. i have always found vetmedic to be reliable and efficient; they email when the order is dispatched and it is always delivered within a few days, and the products are always in stock. Sorry, i cannot suggest any improvements!
