I finally received my parcel today after two phone calls to you. The delay in receiving the parcel was not your fault but, Parcel Forces fault. They failed to put a card through my door telling me the had tried to deliver when I was not in. They left the parcel in a sub post office way out of my area. They could have left it at my local sub post office which is a two minute walk from me or at the local sorting office which is a 5 min bus journey. Instead of that I had to take 2 buses to collect the parcel. Also the parcel was in a terrible condition when I did collect it. I have actually had occasion to complain to you in the past regarding the packaging of the product Pussy lawn which I order from you on a regular basis. On this occasion the two packs of pussy lawn were contained in a jiffy bag each and then put inside a plastic parcel force bag resulting in the foil containers of pussy lawn being squashed flat and the tin foil trays cracked and torn, the contents when opening the jiffy bags were all over the place. they inevitably ended up in the bin. So I'm really not a happy bunny on this occasion I'm sorry to say. It's disappointing because the service you provide is normally quite good.
