I made a order for wormers for our Samoyeds on the 12/1014. I paid by paypal as need the wormers quickly as one of my bitches had just been mated, After 2 weeks of still not receiving the goods that I paid for I email to ask where my order was that I had paid for in good faith for. I got no response so after now nearly 3 weeks I then contacted PayPal to investigate and hopefully get my money back. So as a pet owner & breeder of maine coon cats & samoyed dogs I found your customer service very poor and will be posting my experience with your webiste on my Hamshill website & facebook page to warn other breeders and pet owners how I was treated.
