Part of our order was wrong but I didn't send it back as I thought my cat would probably eat the food anyway. It was in Jelly and I ordered it in gravy. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and credited my card with the difference in price. Delivery arrived in the specified time and the delivery man was helpful and put the parcels where I asked him to so they were out of my way as I use a wheelchair. Mixed feelings about it but will consider ordering again at least the renal food for my other cat which is cheaper from you than what I have previously paid at the vets.
