I am concerned as you have taken more money than required. it all started when I ordered 200ml of Metacalm as the 180ml was not being shown on the web site. So I ordered &paid for the 200ml. The perscription was only for 180ml I did not think 20ml would matter. I had a phone call from yourselves to say that I was wrong & they would only send 180ml. I thought no more of the matter. Until I received the item with the bill. The original payment via the internet which has already cleared through the bank in the sum of £39.01. Yet the bill for the lesser amount is £24.77.
