Ordered special dog food then after approx 3 days was told it was not in stock (by this time I had nearly ran out of dog food and it was nearly New Years eve) I was offered a refund but did not receive this for approximately 11 + days. I had to find the nearest place who stocked the food and payed well over the odds due to this issue. I then sent an email asking to be contacted about the poor service and received no reply or contact. Very unhappy with the service provided.
