My dogs rely on me to provide prescription food and i rely on suppliers to delivery what i order on time. My order did not arrive and i contacted vetsmeddirect twice to be told it was because of black friday and they had been busy. I waited longer and still no food arrived meaning i had to use a substitute food which made my dogs ill.
I sourced from elsewhere and wont be returning, i had been a regular customer for a long time but did not get the service i expected and did not get any help when i explained my compliant.
