This review only refers to this recent order I made, as in the past the service has been efficient. I have 2 cats both on special diets and I need to make sure that I always have a supply of their foods in the house. At the end of December I ordered 2 items, one for each cat, and normally delivery is within 2-3 days, which was fine as I had a week's worth of food left. The order took 8 Days to reach me! I rang twice as we were having to ration what we were giving the cats because the food was getting so low and discovered that despite making our order at the end of December the orders were not picked up by the couriers until 5 days later, and then it took delivery company another 3 days to bring my order, by which time I was having to give the cats chicken and fish from the freezer, which is not ideal at least for one of the cats who has a urine problem, and I worried that he might get ill and collapse without his special food. This is the first time that the order had been so badly handled (mostly by the delivery firm I hasten to add) but I now feel concerned about being without food and have researched alternative suppliers just in case the problem arises again. It would be good to learn that you might consider a change of delivery firm as I have had no problems with this before.
