I am very keen to give you my feedback. I am writing this message on 16th February after having placed my order on 12th January because my product has still not arrived. Following half a dozen emails asking for the Feliway I ordered I have now received a claim form to be completed so that an investigation may take place...... I await delivery of my order asap.
