Amina Lantana Hoi An Hotel and Spa - the booking through viaresorts was seamless with it all being taken care of on our behalf once we purchased the voucher. The Amina Lantana check in was done professionally even though it was a trainee who originally checked us in to room it backed onto the elevator so all night all we heard was ding ding when the lift stopped on each floor however the next morning Sharan the Front Office Manager insisted we move to a different room which changed our whole stay as the room (#610) was in our opinion the best in the hotel - Thank you Sharan. All of the hotel staff were very courteous and professional and quickly became like family. The hotel was clean, the pool was refreshing and the breakfast was a very adequate buffet. The Spa’s massage were all really good. The meals in the Restaurant and Room Service were all delicious. The Staff all spoke good English confidently and were happy to have a chat. Although the Amina Lantana was a good 10 minute walk out of old town it was worth it for the relaxing ambience of the hotel itself. Thank you Amina Lantana for such a wonderful stay, you are one of the highlights to our holiday and we will highly recommend you.
