I rated Viator "Very Good" because that is the highest rating currently allowed. If they had "Excellent" I would have used that! I received MORE than I paid for with ALL my Viator reservations. (I think I made three separate tours.) These tours ALL worked out EXACTLY as planned. In one instance, I met the tour group exactly where my ticket stated. No problems. Then our guide gave us a nice tour of the Eiffel Tower. She gave me three tickets: one to reach the summit of the tower (I could use at my own convenience and stay on the top of the tower as long as I wanted.) Then I received a ticket for a boat ride on the river Seine. It could be used at night or during the day. I had already taken a night boat ride (which was magnificent, by the way) so I took the daytime ride. Then I used my ticket to "skip the line" and enter The Louvre. NOT a guided tour, but there were MANY signs pointing to the Mona Lisa. After that, I browsed until the museum closed!
