Do NOT use Viator! Unfortunately we have used them 3 times to book different tours in Europe. On two occasions we were told that our tour was cancelled and on the third time, we arrived at the venue and told we didn’t have a ticket. Of course we were unsuccessful in getting our money back and they never answered their phone. This company is a scam and I will also never use Trip Advisor again! The concierge at our hotel in Rome also confirmed Viator is a scam company and the hotel will not use them.
