My wife and I booked a tour to the blue mountains in Australia and even though it was a miserable rainy day our tour leader Mike was the star of the show. He did everything he could do to make the trip fun. He gave a lot of history of the area and made it a very enjoyable time. He engaged with the whole group and by the tour was done it felt like a family outing.
