I can't speak highly enough of Viatu. Having never traveled to Africa before, we were a little bit apprehensive about booking the trip ourselves and decided to go with a company to support us. We were so lucky that we found Viatu, who organised the most incredible trip for us. From the moment we first reached out to Mardy from the Viatu team, right up until our flight home, Viatu were with us. They organised hotels, transfers, tours, and even a contact number that we would call any time if we had any issues. For example, on one occasion when we had an issue with payment at one of our hotels, we were able to call up Viatu who solved it straight away. Amazing to have this peace of mind. This aside, the accommodation options that Viatu picked were amazing, providing us with a trip that most tourists wouldn't have. They went above and beyond to tailor a unique and special trip in both Namibia and Rwanda and we couldn't be more grateful.
