A few reasons for the rating.
1. They give all their lesser valued iPads and such to charities and schools.
2. Great value for money.
3. The customer service is seriously top notch.
Had some issues with a phone I got there and they made sure that I went away super happy because of it.
Sounds small but compare that to a large company like Dyson, that I've personally had terrible experiences with....Viber being a small company with a great ethos is definitely a breathe of fresh air and I genuinely wish them all the success in the future. 👍
