Bought a Rug, which when arrived looked nothing like the picture, also the sizing was different to what I ordered. Sent product back , cost me £12.95 for postage. They have received it back, I have proof of delivery. Not had any refund and they are ignoring my emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS CUSTOMER!
