I have been buying products from VH for about three years, and my experience has always been positive, of both the company and the products they sell. I sent a message asking about the suitability of a product on sensitive skin, and I got a reply within a few hours, with a detailed description of the product's suitabilty. I was very impressed by this response. Delivery had always been reliable and delivered to my door. Unfortunately, they have changed their delivery method from Royal Mail to Amazon Shipping and my recent order just over a week ago was not delivered to my door as it would usually have been, but was left elsewhere in the building, which I hadn't been informed about. As is often the case with Amazon, they just leave packages anywhere and I have to go looking for them!! I also noticed it wasn't as well packaged as they had been before, and it looked quite scruffy: presumably packaged by Amazon Shipping This lets it down now, I'm afraid. I took one star off for this.
