Customer service from VH was very good - cannot comment yet on the MSM as it can take months to see results. Courier threw my items over a fence so contacted VH customer service and pleased to say got through easily and I felt that if there had been an issue (if product was broken or missing) that they would have sorted it out - they lodged a complaint with the delivery company
