Victoria Health are always courteous and efficient. However, since they have joined Amazon there is more carelessness with packing and packaging. My last package was damaged and there was only one of the 2 items I ordered. When I phoned Victoria Health to explain this, they answered straight away and could not have been more helpful. The missing item was re-sent immediately. I cannot fault their service in that respect.
