Products are good and I purchase a fair amount for the family - however, it is disappointing that no loyalty scheme allows regular customers to get something back. The offer in the newsletter very rarely at all has the GOW products on offer which is rather disappointing as well. As I said, the products are good but overpriced as there is no option to purchase elsewhere, so a bit of a monopoly to be frank - would purchase elsewhere if I had the option
