I always receive a response within a few hours with a detailed reply. Amazing and so helpful. Enjoy the weekly newsletters too. The videos with Trinny are a wealth of information too. all products are researched thoroughly prior to being sold on the website. Just had to update and enhance on how Victoria Health surpasses any other company in the UK. I have just placed an order Saturday 11/6 evening at around 10:00pm and requested a delivery day change and received a response immediately from Lara.
