I love the shampoo and conditioner. I have been using the supplement too for a few months and am happy with those and decided I should have the full experience with the addition of the shampoo and conditioner. I have found waaaay less hair in my drain in the shower and my hair feels very healthy, as I am 65 with a head of gray curly hair. I have not yet noticed if I have had more hair growth (as it is thinning ) since using this but I'm extremely happy with the product. My only problem is I've found the bottles are hard plastic and the product is quite thick. With some arthritis, it's hard for me to get it out of the bottle so I had to decant both into tubs. Apart from that, it's 'thumbs up' 👍👍👍
