I have been ordering the Sage Complex from Victoria Health for a couple of years now and it has helped me keep my brain clear and my body feeling healthy and balanced during the strange times of menopause. I have recommended it to many friends who are also now taking it and their feedback is that the bran fog lifted and they feel better overall. It’s not the best at alleviating hot flashes but it does calm them. So overall and amazing product and the only one that’s helped me.
