I had been taking Super Ubiquinol q10 for a while 100 mg and thought I would try and see if 50 mg would be enough. Well no it's not, as soon as this is finished I will return to 100mg.
It helps my energy levels, and my dentist has told me that my gum problem has improved significantly, I told him about Super Ubiquinol, and he said that this has definitely made the difference.
It's a fabulous product . Thank you Shabir for help and advice with this product and so many more.
