I have been a very loyal customer of yours for years! Recently I placed two orders to Greece which I never received as you are probably using the least expensive service of the Hellenic post which is notoriously bad. I have also placed a large order of over£700 (!£ over 30 items!) which was delivered to the U.K. Total of all three orders in one month around 1000£!!! To my surprise, you included for a 1000£ worth of purchases, one Lano hand cream as “gift”of total retail price of 13£! This is definitely a disappointment. Furthermore, you have never ever, offered me a gift card or a discount code. Thanking your loyal customers after such huge orders should be the minimum you should do. Very disappointing.
