I have not received these items to date. Please advise. The courier service is appalling. I would never want to use them again. To summarise I received a lot of communication claiming they rang the bell, gave me times between which the parcel would be delivered saying when they failed to gain access they would deliver the next day but they didn’t even try. None of the above actually happened. At this stage I lost total confidence so I asked a friend to go their depot to collect. This depot is approx 30 miles from my home. He collected it and was informed that they did not know why it did not go out for delivery that day as they said it would. I would prefer to pay more for delivery with DPD OR DHL which I never have had an issue with. Unconnected with this delivery I had a previous bad experience with the same courier. They dumped a delivery outside my house and I was lucky that it did not end up in the river. I will not complain to them as I did so before and got nowhere. It would be a waste of time. So never again for me. The product is excellent. No complaints otherwise. Thank you.
