I suffer from acid reflux and saw this recommended by a gut health specialist. I used to take lansoprazole for over 20 years, and couldn't go a day without the medication. I stopped taking this last October as was concerned about the long-term usage, and have never looked back. If I feel I need something- I use Esophageal Guardian after a meal and then take EsophaCool if needed in between. I don't need to use it every day and can recommend this. I mentioned this to my GP who seemed surprised I could live without lansoprazole, but took my alternative as a good thing as she now recommends it to her patients!!!
