This is a honest review. This is my second time ordering my Japanese bath salts from Victoria health. My orders always arrive within 1-2 days. The salts I order are absolutely superb. I'm a gym rat (in the gym almost every day). And for the past 30 years I have been practising and teaching tai chi, Qigong and other martial arts. So I usually bath in Epsom salt or magnesium flakes. But I must say that the Japanese bath powder range are the best I've used. Once I start to relax, it takes not just my tired/sore muscles away but also my tired mind. And if you really want a full japanese bath experience then I'll suggest playing some music from famous Japanese composer Kitaro.
