What a joke! I can't say a good word about them. They advertise / sell products which they don't have in stock, provide delivery dates knowing that they won't be able to deliver as the items aren't in stock and then just mess you around afterwards. Hours wasted waiting to speak to someone through their live chat, empty promises of providing information, issuing refund etc. I placed my order on 1st of November and I am still waiting for my refund 5 weeks later...
