Extremely upset. They sent me used item. I bought thermostatic bath tap with shower. The item was used and some parts damaged. Never will buy from them again.
I tried to contact, but there was a robot on the other end... be aware just in case you will have some issues, it’s very likely that you will end up trying to talk to robot.
