Ordered and arranged delivery for the 19th, no update and no delivery. Queried the following day and was advised to contact back if the supplier hadn’t been in touch by midday. The supplier advised them that the order was now out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until the 24th (was in stock when I ordered). Victoria plum hid behind the supplier and that this meant they had no info to give me, but would not tell me the supplier so I could follow up directly. Again no contact and no delivery on the 24th despite being given a delivery time between 2pm and 5pm by Victoria Plum. SHOCKING. Delaying my bathroom, me repeatedly chasing with no contact from them. Really stressful. I would not have ordered had they been out of stock and there was any indication they may be late!
