Do not use this company, dreadful company, ordered everything for my en-suite bathroom, at point of order didn't appear to be any problems, choose and paid for a delivery day and time, realized I had a issue with the order so tried to change something, was told I couldn't, so had to re-order an item pay again and cancel the original item and they would refund the item in 14 days, so that's what we did. On the day of the delivery the item we re-ordered was the only thing that came, contacted them to see where the rest of the order was, I was then told some of the items were out of stock, and couldn't get them until August, 2 months time, my plumber was booked to start in 2 days, so why did they take my money, and give me a delivery date and time if they didn't have the items I wanted, they were not listed as out of stock when I ordered them, you can't speak to anyone as no tele number, and you have to wait to get your money back. Do not use this company, they just lie.
