Ordered a loo seat. was cracked so another one got sent out. I opened it and the screws started to fall out (ie threaded). Tried to get a refund through their online system. They sent another loo seat out. The screws fell out again, as soon as I opened the packet. Add to this a bath panel we installed from them two months ago has taken on water and started to warp and split. The loo seat we had last year is still working fine, but 1/5 products is appalling. We have had enough and won't be using them again. Also note the fine print says, if you install something they won't give you a refund. Even if it has just fallen apart within a day. Beware!
