Would rate it 0 if I could wrong parts delivered over 2 weeks ago, water turned off at the mains with 2 kids because of vp negligence.several complaints made, no contact unless I contact them.promises of parts coming, never arrives.waited in over 8 days in total.cant speak to anyone or speak to a manager only agents online available who keep promising but can't deliver.had a shower 3 months I can't turn off
