The online order has been placed on 27th June 2021 with the delivery date of 30th June 202. I have not received any communications from VictoriaPlum.com or the supplier regarding the delivery. After waiting for the delivery until 10th July 2021 I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com via online chat, to be told that there was an issue with the supplier who has failed the delivery. VictoriaPlum.com offered the full refund, which may take up to 14 days, or chase the supplier and update me on the order state via email within the next 5 days. The information provided on the VictoriaPlum.com website is misleading as it clearly states that "Your order will be delivered by a trusted partner who’ll be in contact with you if there are any amendments to your chosen delivery date." I do understand that issues with the supplier may occur from time to time and I have allowed 10 days before I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com. I was believing that the companies like VictoriaPlum.com looking after their customers and would not let them down when something like this is happening, unfortunately not in my case.
