When placing an order you are asked to select a delivery date. I selected my date, received emails saying they had received the order, that it was despatched and not far away. We changed plans to accommodate the delivery, recieved an email in the morning saying the order was not far away. Then a few hours later a text message saying it would not arrive till the next day. I contacted them (that was a terrible experience that wasted an hour of my life) to say that did not suit but could it be delivered the day after. They could not do that so I cancelled the order and got the same product elsewhere for £52 instead of the £72 that Victoriaplumb were asking.
