When placing an order you are asked to select a delivery date. I selected my date, received emails saying they had received the order, that it was despatched and not far away. We changed plans to accommodate the delivery, recieved an email in the morning saying the order was not far away. Then a few hours later a text message saying it would not arrive till the next day. I contacted them (that was a terrible experience that wasted an hour of my life) to say that did not suit but could it be delivered the day after. They could not do that so I cancelled the order and got the same product elsewhere for £52 instead of the £72 that Victoriaplumb were asking. Guess what they delivered the item in question today. My wife and I reyurned home to find it lying against the wall outside our house - they just dumped it! I have tried in vane to contact the, their chatbot is an absolute waste of space. 4 times they have promised to contact me by email but never have. STAY AWAY FROM VICTORIAPLUM. They should not be allowed to trade, they are without doubt the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!
