I cannot even explain the headache I have had with this company!!!! And as for their ‘customer service chatbot’ I may as well go and talk to the plant in my back garden I would get more sense from that. I will never ever order from this company again. Messed around before the bathroom even arrived I should have taken that as a sign not to proceed…. And on the day of the delivery having received a message with a name of driver and delivery slot time of 1pm amd then I have the plumber sitting here waiting and I get an email out of the blue telling me it will be coming in 2 days time I mean really????? WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT????? Then I have to talk to the robot for an hour trying to find out what the hell is going on and still they can’t even find my delivery details to confirm what’s going on!! AVOID!!!!
