Utterly appalling company. Have been waiting since May (now October) to receive whole bathroom order. Booked a plumber and have received 2 broken basins now. It’s impossible to speak to a member of staff and only an online chat is available which is constantly busy! I am furious, will never use this company again and will ensure everybody I know will never use them!
