We contacted them after realising our bathroom drawer unit had a piece of melamine chipped off where they had put the drawer front on - although it was inside the drawer we were concerned it might chip more - they wouldn't replace just the drawer as we had fitted cabinet to wall - we only wanted a new drawer!! Will never deal with them again!!!
