Ordered two toilet seats, one for a toilet I bought from Victoria Plumb. Rang them for advice so purchased them at nearly £100. Only to find neither of them fit and one was wrong shape (loo I bought from them!). To top it off I now have to pay for returns (they are quite heavy). Not happy re poor advice and to pay for their return. Will not recommend or use this company again.
