Due delivery date came and went. Excuse was they couldn't find the house. Paid extra to have the delivery taken upstairs. Delivery came today but delivery men refused to take it upstairs because they weren't allowed on a building site! They were referring to a house in which we live and are currently renovating. What do they want - a red carpet! Won't use again.
