4 years ago were furnished two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet using goods fromVictoria Plumb, on the strength of good design and reasonable prices. Two of the sinks had small chips appear in the surface - what is called 'blow-out' - where tiny bits of plaster, or non-ceramic material has got into the clay (it usually happens with plaster from moulds) and have forced off some of the glazed surface. This might non be the direct fault of V Plumb; it is sloppy manufacturing - though VP are ultimately responsible. In the last year TWO of the toilets have had to have the flushing mechanisms replaced as the water wouldn't stop running when the flush was pulled. We will NOT be buying from Victoria Plumb again. Quality leaves a lot to be desired.
