I booked a delivery for between 12 and 8 on a Saturday. I got a text that morning to tell me that the delivery would be made between 1240 and 1440 so that I wouldn't have to stay in all afternoon.
Later, I got a text to tell me that the delivery was on its way and would be at 1206. By this time, I was not going to be available then. There was no missed delivery card when I got home at 1215 and the delivery was not attempted during the rest of the afternoon either.
I have heard nothing from Victoria Plum, far less an apology, and not even an acknowledgement to my emails. Furthermore, they have not processed my refund and it is now Thursday night.
Given their feedback, I would suggest that Victoria Plum is not in the least bit bothered about customers having a bad experience with Victoria Plum.
