Very unpleasant experience using Victoriaplum. Ordered a bathroom suite back in January for a Saturday delivery at the end of April. Received a text Wednesday night that it would be delivered on the following day. Being self employed I had to lose a days pay to be there to accept delivery. Spoke to customer services and was very little help. Suite was then delivered by the most bone idle rude pair. Barely spoke, grunted that the door was too narrow for the bath to come in so I removed the post box for them. No thank you from either. Then tried approximately 90 seconds to get the bath upstairs before giving up and asking me where they could ditch it downstairs or I'd have to return it. Only when I physically turned the bath on its side and showed them how to get it up did they do it. Took no more than a minute no exaggeration. They then left without a word. Embarrassing. The email I received following all this then declined me any sort of goodwill refund and instead offered me 15% discount on my next 2 purchases! Bathrooms are a pretty one off purchase for me unfortunately. Very, very disappointing. Do not recommend, would never use again.
