Terrible experience when you have a problem.
I bought a ~£420 bath from VictoriaPlum coming with a 25 years warranty. It has been fitted 3 weeks ago only to discover now a crack on the side.
According to VictoriaPlum, this is a damage caused by too much pressure and as a result cannot be considered as a material defect hence not covered by the warranty.
Apparently a material defect does not cause damage for VictoriaPlum and this is how they get away with saying it is not covered by the warranty.
We just used the bath for showers so to me this is a material defect which caused the damage.
Unbelievable answers from the customer service! Never heard this before!
Avoid if you can as no matter how long the warranty is this is the answer you will get.
